1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between acd67 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the acd67 website accessible at https://acd67.io and all associated sub-pages, products, and services.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager through acd67, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the acd67 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.

• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through acd67 or any associated responsible gaming programme.
• You have not previously had an account closed by acd67 for breach of these Terms.

acd67 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), valid passport, or driver's licence. Accounts that cannot be verified to our satisfaction will be suspended, and any funds held in an unverified account will be frozen pending resolution.

Any person who provides false information regarding their age in order to register with acd67 accepts full legal and financial liability for any consequences arising from that misrepresentation. acd67 will report confirmed cases of under-age gambling to relevant authorities where required by law.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on acd67. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, acd67 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending or settled bets, and retain any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

When registering, you must supply accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active mobile number registered to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on acd67 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by acd67, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.

Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits via mobile wallet are credited to your acd67 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Card-based deposits may take up to five minutes to reflect depending on bank processing times.

Withdrawal requests are processed by acd67 within a target of five (5) minutes from the time the request is submitted, subject to the following conditions:

• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the funds being withdrawn have been fully met.

Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. acd67 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges. acd67 is not liable for any third-party fees deducted in transit.

acd67 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request above ৳50,000. Processing times may be extended during such reviews. You will be notified by email if your withdrawal is placed under review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, acd67 makes available promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments such as BPL, IPL, and ICC events).

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games or bet types, wagering multipliers, and expiry windows. These specific terms are displayed at the point the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• acd67 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on acd67 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market as presented at the time of wagering. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a bet. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for voiding a settled bet.

acd67 offers sporting events coverage including but not limited to cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed.

acd67 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that was subsequently abandoned, suspended, or declared void by the relevant governing body.
• A manifest error in the displayed odds occurred due to a technical or human error, and the correct odds were materially different from those displayed.
• Evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns is identified by acd67's risk management team.
• The bet was placed after the outcome of the event was already determined (late bet).

In the event of a dispute regarding a settled bet, you must submit a formal query to [email protected] within 72 hours of the bet being settled. Queries submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the acd67 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all open and settled bets, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit house edge mechanics.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to generate guaranteed profit at the expense of acd67's markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or display glitches to gain unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or reported software error are void.
• Laundering funds or using acd67 for any purpose related to financial crime, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Impersonating another player, using another person's account, or registering using false identity documents.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with acd67 staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or reproduce any part of the acd67 platform without written authorisation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the acd67 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic designs, game content, software, text, imagery, video streams, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the intellectual property of acd67 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any acd67 content without express written permission.

9. Privacy and Data

acd67 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the platform you consent to such processing. We implement 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and apply strict internal access controls to all personal data held by us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 10. Limitation of Liability

acd67's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of acd67 as an online gaming platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies designated by acd67 at the time the dispute arises.
